The Fagor Professional B-G9051 Kore 900 Series Gas Chargrill is a heavy-duty commercial grilling solution designed for restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering businesses and professional kitchens that demand high-temperature cooking and dependable daily performance. Its compact 400mm-wide format makes it an efficient addition to a professional cooking line while providing the power needed for fast grilling.
Designed for use with Natural Gas or LPG, the B-G9051 delivers 11kW of gas power and can reach temperatures of up to 400°C, making it suitable for searing steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables and other grilled menu items. Its reversible cast iron grills provide different cooking finishes, giving chefs greater flexibility across a wide range of foods.
The unit features a robust 2mm AISI 304 stainless steel worktop for durability in demanding commercial environments. A removable 130mm stainless steel splash guard helps contain grease and cooking splatter, while the high-temperature enamelled cast iron flue protector provides additional protection around the cooking area.
