The Zanolli Citizen CTM4E02A + CTM5E02A EP70 4+4+4 Triple Deck Electric Pizza Oven is designed for busy pizzerias, restaurants and commercial kitchens requiring high output from a compact footprint. Three independently controlled chambers each accommodate four 330mm pizzas, providing a total capacity of 12 pizzas per batch. Refractory ceramic stone decks retain and distribute heat for consistently crisp bases, while independently adjustable top and bottom heating elements allow precise control of each bake. Reaching temperatures up to 400°C, this modular triple-stack oven combines 16.8kW of electric heating power with stainless steel construction, internal chamber lighting and straightforward electromechanical controls for dependable commercial pizza production.You may also like
