The Tecnodom TD-7NE Nerone MID Digital 7-Tray Combi Oven is a versatile commercial cooking solution designed for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, catering operations and professional kitchens requiring precise multi-function cooking in a compact footprint. Made in Italy, the TD-7NE combines convection cooking with steam and combination cooking capabilities, giving chefs greater flexibility across baking, roasting, steaming, regeneration and general food preparation.
With capacity for 7 × 600×400mm or 7 × GN 1/1 trays, the oven provides useful production capacity while maintaining an 80mm distance between tray levels. The universal chamber design allows operators to work with either tray format, making the oven adaptable to different kitchen workflows and menu requirements.
The TD-7NE operates across a 30°C to 280°C temperature range and features digital controls with 10 cooking programs, including steam. This allows commonly used cooking processes to be programmed and repeated, helping improve consistency during busy service periods.
