The Modular Systems HOOD1500A 1500mm Bench Top Triple Filtered Hood is a compact commercial kitchen ventilation solution designed for businesses that need effective cooking fume, grease and odour filtration without installing a conventional ducted exhaust canopy. With a 1500mm-wide stainless-steel construction, it provides substantial coverage while mounting directly onto a benchtop.
The HOOD1500A uses two high-speed German motors with four-speed control, delivering up to 2120m³/h airflow to help capture cooking vapours and airborne grease. Its ductless configuration makes it particularly practical for cafés, takeaway outlets, food trucks and other commercial kitchens where traditional extraction infrastructure may be difficult to install.
