The Modular Systems HB1800-850 Range Hood & Workbench System is an integrated commercial kitchen ventilation and cooking workspace solution designed for busy restaurants, cafés, takeaway venues and professional food-service operations. Combining an 1800mm-wide workbench with a built-in extraction hood, it helps consolidate cooking equipment and ventilation into one practical, space-efficient system.
Designed to accommodate three or four cooking appliances with a combined electrical appliance capacity of up to 8kW, the HB1800-850 provides flexibility for different commercial kitchen configurations. It can also accommodate a three-phase appliance, making it suitable for a broader range of professional cooking equipment.

The entire unit is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, providing a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface suited to demanding kitchen environments. Heavy-duty supporting legs provide a stable foundation, while the generous 850mm workbench depth creates useful preparation and equipment space beneath the extraction area.
