Formerly known as the 2504V-1, this ventless ovens cooks perfect pizzas, garlic bread, focaccias and even fish with minimal supervision. Perfect for small to medium pizza shops or restaurants and hotels specialising in delicious pizza. Simply place your menu item at one end of the conveyor belt. Four pre-set menu options make this oven easy for any staff member to operate. Air Impingement technology cooks food two to four times faster than conventional ovens. Each deck of this countertop pizza oven can produce 48 x 8″ pizzas per hour. Pizzas are baked faster, with a more consistent and even bake. No more burned bottoms, undercooked middles or over-browned tops. Ventless technology means there is no need for the oven to be placed under a canopy. The direct drive motor directly powers the drive roller of the conveyor which is an efficient use of energy. No gearbox is required, reducing parts to fix. As your business grows, simply stack two ovens on top of each other, saving space.
