Six-speed fan with auto-reverse and door with double-glazed tempered glass and heat-reflecting interior.
In-built automatic washing system with VCS Vapor Cleaning System and controlled detergent dosing; 7 automatic wash programs.
Complete with multipoint core temperature probe (Ø 3 mm), built-in retractable hand shower, USB connection for HACCP data transfer and program updates, 3-m power cable, anti-scale CALOUT system (for boiler models), and stainless steel runners.
Temperature range: Convection & Combi 30°C – 300°C; Steam 30°C – 130°C.
Direct steam generation; optional high-performance, insulated AISI 304 stainless steel boiler available.
