        Prepare food safely with this large colour-coded chopping board from Hygiplas. With its impressive 600mm width, the board provides chefs with ample space for food preparation.

        Made from low density polyethylene, this durable chopping board is designed to withstand the demands of any fast-paced commercial kitchen. The non-absorbent surface is also easy to clean, helping ensure that you always prepare food in sanitary conditions.

        Colour coded white for use with dairy products, the Hygiplas board helps your staff quickly identify the correct equipment for each food type keeping your kitchen free from cross contamination.

        Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
