The chopping board sticks to the colour coded system, which helps staff to easily identify which board goes for which food type, helping to reduce cross contamination in the workplace. This board is brown and should be used alongside cooked meats only.

Also, the 20mm thickness prevents oils, juices or other liquids form running through the board and onto the preparation station, further helping to promote positive hygiene standards in the workplace.

The non-toxic and non-absorbent base can be easily cleaned after use, and as it's dishwasher safe, it's quick and simple to clean, thereby helping to save time during busy periods.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
