This helps to reduce bacteria growth in comparison to traditional boards, whilst still offering commercial grade chopping board performance. This Hygiplas chopping board is colour-coded white indicating that it is typically used for prepping dairy and bakery products.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
