Made from polyethylene to be highly durable, it is built for the demands of the fast-paced commercial kitchen. The non-porous surface ensures the board is easy to clean, helping ensure that you always prepare food in sanitary conditions.

Colour coding helps you to provide a hygienic service and reduces the risk of cross contamination. This Hygiplas chopping board is colour-coded green indicating that it is typically used for prepping fruit and veg.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
