The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-50-HCN is a self-contained nugget ice maker capable of producing up to 110kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of premium nugget ice every 24 hours. With their dry, firm texture, nugget ice pieces provide efficient cooling while delivering controlled dilution. This makes them ideal for cocktails—particularly spirit-forward drinks such as Mojitos and Tiki cocktails, where balance, flavour, and presentation are key.
