The Hoshizaki FM-120KE-HCN is a self-contained nugget ice maker capable of producing up to 110kg (10°C Air temp; 10°C Water) of premium nugget ice every 24 hours. With its dry, hard texture, nugget ice is ideal for cocktails, delivering efficient cooling with just the right level of dilution. It’s especially well suited for spirit-forward drinks such as Mojitos and Tiki cocktails, where balance and presentation matter.
