Comcater FRY-PWD-S - Filter Powder 135g Sachets - Box 90, Magnesium Silicate

Magnesol Oil Filtration Magnesol powder is a filtration media used in deep fryers to extend the life of cooking oil by removing dissolved impurities, carbon buildup, and off-flavors. It works through an adsorption process, where the fine magnesium silicate particles attract and bind to contaminants, including free fatty acids (FFAs) and polar compounds that degrade oil quality.

How Magnesol Works in Deep Fryers:

1. Absorbs Impurities: When added to hot oil, Magnesol powder binds with degradation byproducts like FFAs, carbon particles, and oxidized compounds.
2. Traps Microscopic Particles: It filters out suspended food particles and other residues that contribute to oil breakdown.
3. Improves Oil Clarity & Quality: The powder helps maintain the oil's original color and reduces unwanted odors and flavors, improving food quality.
4. Extends Oil Life: Regular use of Magnesol can significantly increase the number of frying cycles before oil replacement is needed, saving costs.

How to Use Magnesol in Deep Fryers:

• Add the recommended amount of Magnesol to the hot oil.
• Add the powder to absorb impurities.
• Use a filtration system or filter paper to remove the Magnesol along with the contaminants.
• Repeat the process daily to maintain oil quality.

Magnesol is widely used in commercial kitchens and fast-food operations to ensure consistent frying performance while reducing oil consumption and waste.
