The Fagor Professional FTG-C9-10L 900 Series 2-Zone Chrome Gas Fry Top is a heavy-duty commercial cooking appliance engineered for professional kitchens that demand high heat output, precise temperature control and a durable cooking surface. Delivering 21kW of gas power and featuring two independent thermostatic controls, it is designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, pubs and other high-volume foodservice environments.
At the heart of the FTG-C9-10L is a 20mm-thick heavy-duty mild-steel cooking plate finished with 50-micron chrome plating. The smooth chrome surface provides a professional cooking platform for burgers, steaks, bacon, eggs, seafood, vegetables, pancakes and other foods requiring direct-contact cooking.
The generous 820 × 620mm cooking surface provides useful preparation capacity while the two-zone configuration allows operators to manage different cooking temperatures across the plate. The thermostatic controls provide a broad 120°C to 310°C temperature range, giving chefs flexibility for both lower-temperature cooking and high-temperature searing.
