The Fagor FTG-C9-05L 900 Series 1-Zone Chrome Gas Fry Top is a professional flat-top cooking solution designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, pubs and commercial kitchens where dependable heat and precise cooking control are essential. Its 24dm² smooth chrome cooking surface provides generous room for preparing burgers, steaks, bacon, eggs, seafood, vegetables and other high-volume menu items.
Powered by natural gas, the FTG-C9-05L delivers 9.34kW of cooking power through a stainless-steel tubular burner with pilot. The thermostatic temperature range of 120°C to 310°C gives kitchen staff accurate control for everything from lower-temperature cooking to high-heat searing.
A standout feature is the 50-micron chromium-coated steel hot plate, providing a smooth professional cooking surface suited to intensive daily use. The removable fat collector positioned beneath the grill captures grease and cooking residue, helping make cleaning and maintenance more manageable.
