The Fagor 900 Series FTE-C9-10L Electric Chrome 2-Zone Griddle is a high-performance commercial cooking solution designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, breakfast venues, burger shops and other professional kitchens requiring a large, reliable flat-top cooking surface. Combining a smooth chrome plate with powerful 12 kW electric heating, it provides consistent cooking performance across a generous 25 dm² surface area.
Designed for high-volume foodservice, the FTE-C9-10L features two independently controlled cooking zones, allowing operators to manage different foods or cooking temperatures at the same time. The thermostatic temperature control provides a working range of 120°C to 310°C, making the griddle suitable for everything from breakfast items and vegetables to burgers, meat and other cooked-to-order dishes.
