The Fagor FTE-C9-05L 900 Series 1-Zone Electric Chrome Griddle delivers precise, consistent flat-top cooking in a compact commercial format. Designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, breakfast venues and professional kitchens, its 25dm² smooth chrome cooking surface provides generous room for preparing burgers, eggs, bacon, pancakes, seafood, vegetables and other menu favourites.
Powered by a 6kW electric heating system, the griddle reaches temperatures from 120°C to 310°C, with thermostatic control allowing operators to select and maintain the appropriate cooking temperature. The smooth chrome plate provides an even cooking surface while making it practical for frequent commercial service.
The unit uses shielded stainless-steel heating elements, helping protect the heating system during everyday operation. A built-in fat collector beneath the cooking surface captures grease and cooking residue, making end-of-service cleaning more straightforward.
