The Fagor Professional CP-G7226 Kore 700 Series Gas Pasta Cooker is a commercial cooking appliance designed for restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering operations and high-volume kitchens that require efficient pasta and boiling capacity. With an 800mm-wide professional configuration and four included 1/3-size baskets, it provides a practical solution for cooking multiple portions during busy foodservice periods.

Designed as part of Fagor's Kore 700 Series, the CP-G7226 is built to integrate with other professional cooking equipment in a modular commercial kitchen. Its 800mm width, 730mm depth and 850mm height provide a substantial cooking station while maintaining the standard dimensions expected from a 700 Series appliance.

The cooker delivers 72MJ/h of gas heating power and is available for NG or LPG operation, providing the strong heating performance required for commercial boiling and pasta preparation. Four 1/3-size baskets are supplied, allowing operators to cook different pasta varieties or portions separately and remove individual batches without interrupting the remaining cooking process.
