Featuring a generous 26-litre GN 2/3 cooking well and two 1/3 baskets, it allows kitchens to cook multiple pasta portions efficiently while keeping different products separated during service.
Built for demanding foodservice environments, the CP-G7126 combines a 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with a durable AISI 316L stainless steel well for excellent resistance to corrosion and intensive daily use. Its high-performance stainless steel gas burner heats the base and sides of the well to provide effective and consistent cooking performance.
