Fagor Professional C-E960 - Kore 900 Series Electric 6 Burner

The Fagor Professional C-E960 Kore 900 Series Electric Boiling Top is a heavy-duty commercial cooking solution designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, production kitchens and high-volume foodservice environments. Featuring six powerful 300 × 300mm cast-iron hot plates, it delivers 24kW of total cooking power across a spacious 1200mm-wide cooking surface.
Each hot plate is rated at 4kW, providing strong and consistent heat for large pots, saucepans, stockpots and other commercial cookware. Individual 7-position selector controls allow operators to adjust each plate independently, making it easier to manage everything from gentle simmering to high-output boiling across multiple cooking tasks.
The C-E960 is particularly suited to kitchens that require several pots to operate simultaneously. Its six-plate configuration can support large-scale preparation of stocks, sauces, soups, pasta, vegetables and other boiled or simmered foods without the need to rotate cookware between limited cooking zones.
