The Fagor Professional C-E761 Kore 700 Series is a heavy-duty commercial electric cooking range designed for professional kitchens that need high-capacity cooking from a single floor-standing unit. It combines six powerful 2.6 kW cast-iron hot plates with a spacious GN 2/1 static electric oven, giving chefs the flexibility to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously across the cooktop and oven.
Built from durable 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, the C-E761 features a hygienic rounded-edge work surface, concealed fixings and welded construction for easier cleaning and long-term commercial use. Its stainless-steel oven chamber, adjustable 125–310°C thermostatic control and IPX5 water protection make it well suited to demanding restaurant, catering, hotel and institutional kitchen environments.
