The fryer features high-efficiency gas burners designed to deliver rapid heating and fast temperature recovery. Its thermostatic control operates from 60°C to 200°C, allowing chefs to select appropriate temperatures for different foods while maintaining consistent oil conditions throughout cooking.
A dedicated 15L frying tank provides generous oil capacity for commercial batch frying, while the large 125 × 280 × 100mm basket provides practical cooking space for chips, chicken, seafood, snacks and other deep-fried menu items.
