DIHR HYDROPOWER Commercial High-Pressure Combi Warewasher for Trays & Plates 12.975kW

The DIHR HYDROPOWER Commercial High-Pressure Combi Warewasher is an innovative dual-purpose cleaning solution designed for busy restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering facilities and food production environments. Combining the powerful cleaning performance of a high-pressure utensil washer with the versatility of a traditional hood type dishwasher, this 12.975kW machine efficiently handles heavily soiled baking trays, GN pans and everyday tableware in a single compact unit.

Featuring dedicated high-pressure and low-pressure washing pumps, the HYDROPOWER delivers specialised cleaning performance for different kitchenware. Four tray washing programs tackle stubborn food residue and burnt-on deposits without requiring abrasive granules or pre-soaking, while four separate plate washing programs provide efficient cleaning for regular dishwashing operations.

The advanced PLUS rinsing system ensures consistent rinse pressure and temperature, with water consumption of just 2.8 litres per cycle. A user-friendly TFT electronic control panel, AISI 316 stainless steel tank and boiler, and integrated spinning function further enhance operational efficiency and cleaning performance. Designed for demanding commercial kitchens, the DIHR HYDROPOWER helps reduce manual washing tasks while supporting faster kitchenware turnaround.
