The Yasaki JDR-650/3N Floor Model Dough Sheeter is a heavy-duty commercial dough processing machine designed to improve speed, consistency and efficiency when preparing pizza dough, pastry, bread dough and other bakery products. Featuring a wide working belt, powerful three-phase drive and adjustable sheeting thickness, it is suited to busy bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and commercial food production environments.
The JDR-650/3N features a 630mm-wide food-grade conveyor belt and a generous 1200mm table length, providing a substantial working area for processing larger quantities of dough. Its floor-standing format makes it particularly suitable for professional production environments where operators require greater throughput than a compact bench-top sheeter can provide.
