With its generous 4 litre capacity, the dish has plenty of space for keeping multiple portions of hearty casseroles and stews. Alternatively, you can cook up bulk amounts of vegetables and put straight under the heat lamps - providing front of house assisted or self-service dishes.
Made from incredibly strong cast iron, the Vogue dish conducts heat perfectly - reducing hot spots which could lead to food waste. In addition, the lid is perfectly moulded to retain moisture in the dish, so food is kept at the optimum consistency for longer. As it's made of iron, this casserole dish should be hand washed only.
