The Unox XUC600 installation kit includes everything required to mount a Unox ventless hood above the OPTIC.Cooking camera system on a CHEFTOP-X combi oven. The lightweight kit (550 x 390 x 260 mm, 0.5 kg) provides the correct spacing and fixings so hood and camera operate together; the OPTIC.Cooking unit itself is not included. Essential when combining AI-assisted cooking recognition with ventless extraction on the one oven.
