Lateral anti-heat protection plate kit (XUC041) for Unox 600x400 and 26"x18" format ovens, fitted to either side of the oven. The screen lets you reduce the clearance between the oven and adjacent heat sources such as fryers, pasta cookers and stoves to a minimum. Unox lists it for BAKERTOP MIND.Maps (and US CHEFTOP) ovens; each panel is approx. 816 mm deep x 99 mm high and weighs 3 kg.
