Unox XELDA-02EU-C - DECKTOP Static Oven

The Unox DECKTOP XELDA-02EU-C is a static deck oven module with a refractory-stone baking surface holding one 600 x 800 mm tray, controlled directly from the main oven's panel when stacked into a Unox baking column. A double-glazed door and high-grade insulation deliver maximum energy efficiency, with 6 kW electric power (400 V), a 300 degC maximum temperature and an 860 x 1193 x 523 mm footprint. The stone deck's quick heat transfer and high porosity optimise humidity extraction, bringing traditional stone-baked results for breads, pizza and leavened goods to a modern Unox baking station.
