Unox XELHA-CAEU - Air Extraction System for Electric Ovens - Ventless Hood with Catalysts

The Unox XELHA-CAEU is a ventless hood with catalysts that mounts on top of the oven, condensing steam and using catalytic filtration to eliminate the majority of vapours and reduce odours from cooking fumes, even the heaviest ones. It measures 860 x 1048 x 383 mm, weighs 40 kg and draws 2 kW at 220 V, with a 50 mm chimney diameter. Sized for Unox BAKERTOP-X 600 x 400 mm electric ovens, it allows installation where ducted extraction is impractical.
