The Thermaster DC-900CH Grab & Go Hot & Cold Display Cabinet is a versatile dual-temperature food display designed for cafés, convenience stores, service stations, workplace canteens, food courts and other high-traffic foodservice environments. By combining chilled and heated display capabilities in one compact 900mm-wide cabinet, it provides an efficient way to merchandise different grab-and-go products without requiring separate display units.
With 253 litres of gross capacity and 202 litres of net capacity, the DC-900CH offers four adjustable shelves for flexible product presentation. The dual-temperature configuration supports +3°C to +8°C for chilled products and +50°C to +60°C for hot foods, making it suitable for displaying cold drinks, sandwiches, salads and desserts alongside hot meals, snacks and ready-to-eat foods.
The cold section uses an Embraco compressor, intelligent temperature control and 360° surround air circulation to distribute air evenly throughout the cabinet. A copper-aluminium evaporator with aluminium fins supports efficient heat transfer, while automatic defrosting helps reduce routine maintenance.
