Standard Installation Scope (Included)


Unless otherwise stated in writing, quoted installation pricing is based on the following assumptions:


● All required services (electrical, gas, water, waste, data) are:


○ Pre-installed 

○ Compliant with current Australian Standards and local authority requirements 

○ Located within 1 metre of the final equipment position


● Equipment is:


○ Installed in its final position 

○ Levelled and secured where required 

○ Connected to existing compliant services within 1 metre 

○ Tested for basic operational functionality


● Installation occurs during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Exclusions – Not Included in Standard Installation


The following works are strictly excluded unless specifically quoted:


● Extension, relocation, or modification of services beyond 1 metre


● New service runs, trenching, wall or floor penetrations


● Electrical switchboard upgrades or additional circuits


● Gas meter upgrades, regulator changes, or capacity increases


● Plumbing alterations, floor waste installation, or drainage works


● Core drilling, cutting, or building works of any kind


● Make-good works (patching, painting, tiling, cabinetry modifications)


● Compliance rectification of existing non-conforming services


● After-hours, weekend, or staged installations


● Commissioning requiring third-party certification beyond standard testing Customer Responsibilities


The customer is responsible for ensuring:


● All services are installed, compliant, and ready prior to delivery


● Clear and unrestricted access to the site


● Equipment pathways meet size, access, and weight requirements


● Floors are level, finished, and capable of supporting equipment loads


● Any required isolation switches, valves, or shut-offs are installed


Delays or non-compliant services may result in abortive visits, additional costs, and installation rescheduling.


Variations & Additional Costs


If services are located beyond 1 metre, or additional works are required:


● Installation will be treated as a variation or may not be able to be completed


● Additional labour, materials, and subcontractor costs will apply


● Variations must be approved in writing prior to works proceeding
