The Prince Castle NCG14-EDFAKFCMEDH MultiFlex Contact Grill is a professional commercial grilling solution built for demanding restaurant and foodservice environments. Based on Prince Castle’s NCG14 MultiFlex platform, its 14-inch cooking width provides generous capacity for preparing sandwiches, panini, tortillas, chicken, burgers and other high-volume grilled menu items.

The MultiFlex design combines parallel heated platens with a floating-gap system, allowing products of different thicknesses to be cooked effectively while adjustable stops help control platen positioning and reduce unnecessary product compression. Solid-state temperature control supports accurate, repeatable cooking performance throughout service.

A key advantage of the NCG14 platform is its versatile heating configuration. The upper heaters can be switched off, allowing the lower cooking surface to operate as a flat griddle when needed. Independent control of the cooking surfaces provides additional flexibility for different menu requirements.
