Able to accommodate up to six full size (1/1) gastronorm pans, the Polar U-Series dual temperature counter fridge/freezer is a highly versatile easy-access solution for kitchens with limited space.
As each drawer can be configured as either a fridge or freezer via the front mounted digital controls, you get vital additional refrigerated or frozen storage at the touch of a button. And thanks to the GN compatibility (up to 150mm deep), you also have the flexibility to quickly load and access ingredients right where you're working - there's no need to move between stations during a busy prep. The unit itself is constructed from robust stainless steel and is mounted on castors, making it both simple to position and clean.
