The single drawer has an impressive capacity and can accommodate up to two full size (1/1) gastronorm pans. Not only that - as the counter is dual temperature, it's easy to set as either a fridge or freezer, giving you the flexibility to quickly change between modes to match the storage demands of your kitchen. The front mounted digital control panel makes operation and temperature monitoring easy, whilst the castors and stainless steel construction ensure simple positioning and cleaning, saving precious time at the end of a busy service.
