Maintains heat and reduces heat loss in the environment with considerable energy saving. Recessed hotplate flush with top, with radiused corners and bevelled upper edge, 330x495mm cooking zone, 18 mm thick. Large perimeter channel with opening for run-off to grease collection draw. 2 independent 2,5 kW cooking zones 330x247mm. Thermostatic temperature control for direct cooking from 50 to 280°C, MAX position for indirect cooking.
