Electric fryer with two tanks made of stainless steel AISI 304. Top to union head thickness 20/10 without holes chimney. Pressed cooking tanks made of stainless steel AISI 304, with radiated internal profile. Tank capacity Lt.10+10. Tanks equipped with a large front tank for the expansion of oil and foam and a large cold area for the collection of cooking residues. Heating obtained by means of an armoured resistance in AISI 304 stainless steel, positioned inside the tank and rotatable by more than 90° to facilitate cleaning of the tank itself. Activation of the heating system is indicated by the lighting of an orange indicator lamp located on the control panel. Oil temperature in the tank controlled by a mechanical thermostat, with adjustment from 100 to 185 °C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Removable filter, basket, lid and manifold for the drain tap included. Stainless steel height adjustable feet. Protection degree IPX5.
