Mareno BR98G80M - M1 90 Series 800mm Wide 80L Gas Bratt Pan

Freestanding gas tilting bratt pan in AISI 304 stainless steel. Top designed for flush alignment with hermetic seal supplied for leak proofness. Cooking tank with servocontrolled lifting mechanism, in stainless steel, 80-litre capacity, with 10 mm gauge bottom in Duplex. Rectangular with radiused corners for improved cleaning. Double skinned lid with drip zone at rear to convey condensate into the pan, fitted with sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel hinges with spring balancing. Push button controlled automatic tank filling with water. Fixed water tap positioned on the top. Satin-finish tubular AISI 304 steel handle with front grip, joined to lid. Heating by means of steel burner with stabilized flame underneath the tank, gas safety valve with thermocouple. Heat control knob shaped to prevent water infiltration, equipped with integral indicator light for instant recognition of correct operation of the appliance. Electric pilot burner ignition operated by gas valve push button Thermostat controlled temperature adjustable from 100°C to 280°C.

Safety system to interrupt heating when tank is raised. Appliance equipped with stainless steel adjustable feet.
