The iSi Cream Whipper Profi Whip has a 1L capacity and is designed for cold applications. It is ideal for preparing whipped cream, mousses, drink toppings and desserts and is often used by cafes, bars, bakeries, restuarants and ice-cream parlours. The cream whipper can yield up to twice the amount of whipped cream compared with other whipping methods and competing cream dispensers. It also features an ergonomic holder designed for a natural grip and reduced wrist strain while in use.
