Precipan 150 l with additional "high power function" for extra quick cooking. The Precipan 150 l Highpower can heat up from 20 to 250 °C in only 4 and a half minutes.

The Precipan is a practical multifunctional braising pan that eliminates the need for a lot of kitchen equipment and significantly reduces the workload of your staff.

  • 3 modes of operation: pan, kettle, fryer
  • High performance pan base: Extremely fast heating and very even heat distribution in 1-3 cooking zones
  • Integrated spray gun with automatic return
  • Electric tilt function for easy pouring and cleaning
  • Pressure cooking function (optional): reduced cooking times, increased efficiency
  • Automatic basket lifting and lowering system (optional)
