Precipan 100 l with additional "high power function" for extra quick cooking. 100 litres of water are brought to a boil in 24 minutes only.
The Precipan is a practical multifunctional braising pan that eliminates the need for a lot of kitchen equipment and significantly reduces the workload of your staff.
- 3 modes of operation: pan, kettle, fryer
- High performance pan base: Extremely fast heating and very even heat distribution in 1-2 cooking zones
- Integrated spray gun with automatic return
- Electric tilt function for easy pouring and cleaning
- Pressure cooking function (optional): reduced cooking times, increased efficiency
