GI Metal R-37RF - Alice 36cm Perforated Aluminum Pizza Peel with 150cm Handle

A classic line that harkens back to the more traditional concept of a pizza shovel.

Aluminum head 20/10 mm neutral anodized, handle 35/18 mm (1.4 mm thick) black anodized.

The head-handle joint is formed by inserting the head extension locked internally by two cones with expanders into the handle.

The 20/10 mm thickness gives rigidity and ensures a firm head capable of supporting the heaviest pizzas.

The rectangular head presents the ideal housing for pizza with a very large radius of curvature, cantilevered over the bottom.

The milling is frontal. The 35x18 mm sleeve is solid with an aluminum thickness of 1.4 mm.

The presence of specially designed holes on the initial part of the head allows any flour left under the pizza to be discharged during the dusting phase.
