Stainless steel perforated pizza peel - Evolution line , head and handle in stainless steel.

Light and resistant , available only in the perforated version with thin and diffused slots that reduce weight and decrease friction.

The perforation design follows the lines of the shovel of the same line. 

Stainless steel reduces the heat transmittance of the oven, while the bottom of the handle and the sliding intermediate grip are made of  high density polymer, highly resistant to shock and heat .
