Unox liquid separation bottom panel (TG123) - a perforated steel insert, 12 mm high, sized for 460x330 format trays used with the EVEREO. Placed in the base of the tray, it keeps food raised and separated from released liquids during superholding, protecting texture and presentation. The compact-format counterpart to the GN 1/1 TG113.
