The Culinaire® Double Food Warming Drawer uses heat pads that are thermostatically controlled to ensure a uniform heat throughout. This ensures that your food is warmed gently, resulting in a better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. Each drawer includes one 1/1 Gastronorm stainless steel pan, 150mm deep.
