The Brice LAMCEHF Fully Automatic Patty Maker & Meatball Former is a heavy-duty commercial forming solution designed for high-volume food production environments. Capable of producing up to 3,000 patties or 6,000 meatballs per hour, it combines fast automated processing with a generous 40-litre hopper to help streamline continuous production. Stainless steel components, an integrated conveyor and automatic scraper support efficient operation, while its patty stacking and paper interleave functions make it especially suitable for consistent hamburger production. The removable shaft assembly also makes product changeovers and servicing more convenient.
