Bezzera BZSIRIOQ Sirio Q Commercial Coffee Grinder – 77mm Flat Burrs, Variable Speed

The Bezzera BZSIRIOQ Sirio Q Commercial Coffee Grinder is a premium, highly versatile grinder designed for professional cafés, specialty coffee shops, restaurants and hospitality venues that demand precise control across multiple brewing methods. Combining large 77mm vertical flat burrs, a self-learning brushless motor and stepless micrometric adjustment, the Sirio Q is engineered to provide consistent grinding from fine espresso through to filter applications.
Its standout feature is the self-learning brushless motor, which automatically delivers the power required according to the resistance of the coffee beans. This intelligent approach helps reduce unnecessary energy use while minimising heat generated inside the grinding chamber.
The Sirio Q's three selectable speeds of 900, 1200 and 1500 RPM give baristas greater control over grinding performance for different coffees and extraction styles. Combined with stepless micrometric adjustment through the front ring, the grinder provides exceptionally fine control over particle size.
