The Avanti® Deluxe Flavour Injector Set enables you to add flavour and tenderise your poultry and favourite cuts of meat. The set includes both a small injecting nozzle which is perfect for infusing juices back into your meat to keep it moist and succulent, and larger nozzle that can be used to inject herbs or marinades with no wastage or mess. It features a durable stainless steel barrel casing with a window including graduated markings to accurately measure the injected liquid content and boasts a soft grip, non-slip comfortable handle. It disassembles easily for cleaning and comes with a storage box. This marinade injector can also be used to baste the surface of the meat as well as adding surprise fillings into cupcakes, jam into doughnuts and liqueurs into Christmas puddings.
