The Avanti® Sugarcane Smoothie Straws are an are a great ecological alternative to single use plastic straws. Suitable for both warm and cold beverages, they can withstand an extended amount of time in liquid without going soggy or fall apart. Made from left over sugarcane fibre from the sugar making process, they are non-toxic, plastic and petroleum free, and are compostable and biodegradable. Tasteless, they have a light, sweet aroma, so you can enjoy a scented straw without changing the flavour of your beverage.
