Avanti 12533 - Doughnut Batter Dispenser

Make delicious doughnuts at home with the Avanti® Doughnut Making Dispenser. Designed to give professional results every time, it eliminates rolling, cutting and forming donuts by hand. Lightweight and easy to use, it features a twin handle spring action plunger at the top and release hole at the bottom, ensuring the batter mix is pushed through without waste. Each squeeze dispenses a perfect “O” to make a perfectly formed doughnut.

Use & Care:

• Beat eggs, then add butter, vanilla and milk. Beat together for 30 seconds
• In a separate bowl sift together all dry ingredients. Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients, beating until smooth
• Heat 5cm of cooking oil to 185°C / 365°F
• Pour the batter mixture into the doughnut dispenser
• Hold directly over heated oil with fingers, press the plunger knob with thumb and release quickly
• Repeat the pressing and releasing process
• Adjust the thickness of the doughnut by turning the valve on the bottom of the doughnut maker
• Turn doughnuts over as soon as they brown on under side
• When completely browned, remove and place on wire cooling rack
• Roll in cinnamon sugar to decorate
